Medical practices and institutions are entitled to a full refund if Great Scribes Nationwide is unable to recruit a candidate suitable for the desired position. Refund rights continue until 90 days following the first day of employment. If a refund is requested prior to the 90th workday, the medical practice or institution must provide evidence that the individual is no longer employed.
In the event that a medical practice or institution impedes the recruiting and hiring process set forth by Great Scribes Nationwide by failure to comply with Great Scribe Nationwide’s recruiting or onboarding strategies, delay response, or in any other manner, the medical practice or institution will be held liable and can lose their credit towards Great Scribes Nationwide’s recruiting service. Misuse of Great Scribes Nationwide’s recruiting service will result in termination of access, even if the user has remaining credits. The termination will be indefinite and can only be resolved after a thorough investigation is carried out by Great Scribes Nationwide.
Medical practices and institutions are required to provide sufficient education for all candidates hired through Great Scribe Nationwide’s recruiting service. Great Scribe Nationwide cannot endorse or guaranteed success with scribe education/training provided by the medical practice, institution, or other companies. Therefore, medical practices and institutions are required to have all candidates recruited by Great Scribes Nationwide to enroll into one of Great Scribe Nationwide’s scribe specialty education programs.
Medical practices and institutions can lose their credit towards Great Scribe Nationwide’s recruiting service and possibly indefinite termination if they do not provide a work environment in alignment with the Equal Employment Opportunity Policy and one that is a safe, organized, and productive. In addition, medical practices and institutions must provide an adequate scribe experience for all candidates, scribe or cross-trained scribe, recruited by Great Scribes Nationwide. An adequate experience is defined as a minimum of two full days or 12 hours per week of scribing patient-provider encounters during clinic hours in the presence of patients.
